| SXJ Series Large-Sized Banana Screen |

The SXJ series large-sized banana screen mainly for material sizing, dewatering and medium removal applications is a new-generation, made on vibrating screens over years, the advanced overseas technologies in the design of such screens, the results of numerous experimental studies made by researchers, and the national conditions. The screen deck is divided into 3 or 5 stages. The screen with a 3-stage deck is mostly used for sizing operation while that with a 5-stage deck is generally for dewatering and medium removal applications. |

◆ All the key components and parts are designed with the aid of internationally advanced software of Finite Element Analysis (FEA);
◆ The standard units and parts used, such as motors, bearings, oil seal, etc are all world brand-name products . Therefore, the reliability of screen can be effectively ensured;
◆ High in capacity and efficiency. Under the identical conditions, the capacity of banana screen is 40~60% higher as compared with other kinds of screens and its efficiency is over 90%, all reaching the advanced world level;
◆ Rational in structure and high in processing precision. The side plates are of mesh structure with no welding work, and the cross beams and drive beams of the vibrators are also in frame structure for enhancing the overall screen rigidity and strength.
