  1.XKT series jigging machine
      It is designated as a hi-tech development program. The machines are complete in range (XKT3- XKT24) and vary in capacities (40t/h - 320t/h). They are high in capacity and good in separatingperformance, suitable for treating coarse coal, small coal, un-sized or sized coal. As the machinesfeature a simple treating process, the use of fewer auxiliary equipment and low operating cost,they have found applications in several dozens of coal cleaning plants and their use has met withgreat success.
  2.Special Features
 

◆ Suitable for treating various raw coals with a size range of 0-80mm;
◆ The pulsation of jig bed is smooth and even in distribution due to the use of the beneath-thescreenplate air chamber;
◆ Because of the use of a common air valve for a multiple of compartments, the machine is simple and reliable in operation;
◆ The discharge wheel is arranged at the lower part of the machine. Due to the decrease of the
wheel length, the jamming up of the wheel caused by clogging of refuse and loss of coal can be effectively eliminated;
◆ The underscreen water is supplied uniformly along the entire length of the screenplate,
making it possible for the jig bed to pulsate in a steady manner;
◆ It operates under an open type control system which features the use of ad vanced PLC and touch screen. The data on the screen can be modified in a visual manner and the interfer ence-free artificial intelligence switch-over is possible,for facilitating the control of parameters;
◆ The design of technological process can be made for users by our professional personnel without charge.
